PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a photographic printing device whose application form is flexibly changed. SOLUTION: The photographic printing device 1a comprises a photography camera 12 for generating photographic image data by photographing a user, a doodle editing unit 15 displaying a photographic image based on the photographic image data and also accepting image editing input by the user for the displayed image, and a controller 23 performing photographing processing that the camera 12 is allowed to photograph the user and generate the photographic image data, and the image editing processing that the editing unit 15 is allowed to display the photographic image and accept the image editing input. The controller 23 performs the processing by switching a 1st mode to inhibit the photographing processing for the next user while the image editing processing is performed after finishing the photographing processing and a 2nd mode to allow the photographing processing for the next user while the image editing processing is performed after finishing the photographing processing.
