X-RAY TUBE DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device capable of stably rotating a positive electrode target fixed to a joint part by preventing occurrence of looseness and damage due to thermal stress of a connection part between the positive electrode target and the joint part; and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This X-ray tube device has: the positive electrode target 8 having first uneven parts 8a for emitting an X-ray; the joint part 4 having second uneven parts 4a fitted to the first uneven parts 8a and connected to the positive electrode target 8; and a rotation support mechanism for providing predetermined torque to the positive electrode 8 through the joint part 4.
