PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an stretchable fabric having excellent light resistance, chlorine resistance, chemical resistance, resistance to laundry on business, and the like, and also having light weight by solving the problems of the light resistance, the chlorine resistance, the chemical resistance, the resistance to the laundry on the business, and the like. SOLUTION: The stretchable fabric comprises a nonelastic fiber such as a polypropylene fiber, and an elastic fiber such as a crosslinked polyolefin-based elastic fiber.
