PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flooring material totally having good processability and adaptability to ground materials and various characteristics to be satisfied for the flooring material such as staining resistance, scratch resistance, flexibility and the like, in the temperature range in practical use of the flooring material. SOLUTION: The flooring material comprises a synthetic resin composition prepared by blending 100 pts.wt. sum total consisting of 25-75 pts.wt. nonhalogenated ethylene-based copolymer resin, 75-25 pts.wt. styrene-based or olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer with 50-300 pts.wt. inorganic filler as main ingredients and is brought to have at least one peak of the dynamic tangential loss (tanδ) of the flooring material at 10-50°C.
