PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure of a vehicle capable of reducing the burden imposed on the operator when a seat cushion is to be accommodated or returned from the accommodation position to the seating position. SOLUTION: The seat structure 15 of the vehicle is to accommodate the seat cushion 21 in a floor recess 16 formed behind the seat cushion 21 upon swinging it back approximately 180°toward the rear of the vehicle body through a left 27 and a right supporting shaft 28. The left supporting shaft 27 is furnished with a damper means 35 which relieves the lowering speed of the seat cushion 21 when it is to be accommodated in the floor recess 16, while the right supporting shaft 28 is furnished with an assisting means 36 which assists the heaving force when the seat cushion 21 is to be lifted from the floor recess 16.
