PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by detecting abnormal situations such as failure. SOLUTION: In a hot wind type storage 10, the consecutive energizing time of a heater 30 is established so that operation of the storage 10 may be suspended when abnormal continuation time beforehand established is exceeded. In initial operation until reaching a setting temperature T from a heating operation start of tableware, since it takes long time for the central temperature within an accommodating portion to reach the setting temperature T, the first abnormal continuation time, which judges abnormal occurrence in relation to the consecutive energizing time of the heater 30 under this initial operation, is established comparatively long. In keeping-warm operation, since it takes a short time for the central temperature within the accommodating portion to again reach the setting temperature T after once falling from the setting temperature T, the second abnormal continuation time, which judges abnormal occurrence in relation to the consecutive energizing time of the heater 30 under this keeping warm operation, is established comparatively short.
