PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article having a back sheet with high gas permeability, and having a dislocation preventive part without leaving an adhesive on underwears. SOLUTION: A napkin 1 has a top sheet 2 positioned on a surface abutting on the human body, the back sheet 3 positioned on a surface on the opposite side of the top sheet 2 and a surface abutting on the underwear, an absorber 4 interposed between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3, and the dislocation preventive part 6 arranged on an underwear abutting surface of the back sheet 3 and applied with the adhesive. The back sheet 3 is composed of two layers of a nonwoven fabric layer 3A positioned on the underwear side and a film layer 3B positioned on the absorber 4 side.
