PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facial mask which fits a face shape of each user and can be used for massaging each part of the face in response to needs, and is light-weight and quietly operated, and to provide a beauty appliance which can massage each part of a body and is light-weight and quietly operated. SOLUTION: A beauty mask has openings of eyes, a nose, and a mouth parts which are shaped to the face shape of each user and covers the face, and is equipped with an oscillator and/or an electromagnetic-wave emission device in the mask base. Also, folds are made on a face contacting surface of the mask base to protrude to the face. The sheet-like beauty appliance for covering a skin surface may be composed of an oscillator and/or an electromagnetic-wave emission device in the sheet base material. Furthermore, the contacting surface to the face or the skin is preferably used by materials having skin pressure-sensitive adhesiveness, and the oscillator preferably introduces an oscillating motor which oscillates in a roughly horizontal surface to the face or the surface of the skin.
