The flow connection device provides a flow connection between parallel flow channels (2,3) of a heat exchanger mat (1), connected in alternation to a feed line (6) and a return line (7) extending along one side edge of the heat exchanger mat, via a hollow body (4) extending along the opposite side edge of the heat exchanger mat, provided with connections for at least 3 flow channels. The hollow body is provided by a pipe with a circular cross-section or by a hoolow profile with a rectangular cross-section and can be provided with 2 sets of connections for coupling 2 adjacent heat exchanger mats.
