<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform secure access right control using a simple mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: An information leakage prevention apparatus 1 extracts access authority information of a user from an access authority information file 4a prepared for every user at timing when the user logs in, and then a use restriction table 6a related to the user is created (step S1). The use restriction table 6a is set with use restrictions for every resource. Subsequently, processing, which monitors operation requests from OS2 to a resource group 3 to catch before operation execution, is performed (step S2).
