<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively implement the heat-sealing of a zipper member. <P>SOLUTION: A zipper seal block 30 for heat-sealing the zipper member 20 which is composed of a sealed piece formed in the shape of a belt and a pair of zipper pieces each having an openable/closable seal part extending along the sealed piece, with both end parts of the seal part crushed and joined together and has a shape with the crushed part expanded from the sealed piece to a packaging material W has a fitting seal part 31 which contacts the sealed piece and heat-seals it to the packaging material, a both ends seal part 32 which contacts the both ends crushed part of the seal part and heat-seals it, and a seal part vicinity seal part 33 which contacts a part approaching both ends of the seal part and heat-seals it.
