<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller capable of installing an antenna inside a vehicle in priority to an actual communication status. <P>SOLUTION: The remote controller certifies a portable machine by carrying out communication between a transceiver means equipped with an antenna 10 and the portable machine.
