<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a compression or injection molding machine in such a manner that air is removed even from a cavity having very complicated shape. <P>SOLUTION: The injection molding machine for molding or compressing a metal-like material in a die cavity 7 is provided with a recompressing piston 8" movable by a drive means 28 in a recompressing cylinder 8' in which a contrative material after it is injected in the die cavity 7 is recompressed. The recompressing cylinder 8' has a connection end for connection in dies 3 and 4, or the die cavity 7 of the compression or injection molding machine. The recompression cylinder 8' also has at least one connection opening 17" for vacuum sources 14 and 20 in an area opposite to the connection end. The recompressing piston 8" advances to a position over the connection opening 17" after it is released from the connection opening 17" by the drive means 28, and further advances from this position toward the connection end or the die cavity 7 through an additional process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
