<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing costs by dispensing with post-processing after processing an orifice in a damper of a hydraulic control valve. <P>SOLUTION: The damper of a hydraulic control valve is provided with a damper oil chamber36 in which an end face of a spool 22 faces a valve body 20, and an oil accumulating chamber 49 adjacent to the damper oil chamber 36 through a partition 20a. An orifice 50 connecting an upper section of the damper oil chamber 36 with the oil accumulating chamber 49 is formed into the partition 20a by drilling. The oil accumulating chamber 49 is formed by shutting an opening section of a recessed section 51 formed on a lower face of the valve body 20 by means of an upper face 2a of a support member 2 supporting the valve body 20. In order to drill the orifice 50 on the partition 20a through the opening section of the recessed section 51, an axis line L of the orifice 50 is arranged to pass through the opening section of the recessed section 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
