PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polyisocyanante blocked with a secondary amine and derived from a straight-chain aliphatic amine, capable of giving such an organic solution thereof as to have stability for a long period and not to show a tendency toward solidification as a result of, for example, crystallization, even after an elapse of several months. SOLUTION: This blocked polyisocyanante with storage stability is produced by reacting a polyisocyanante with a biuretizing agent, so as to make biuret groups of formula (I) exist in a final blocked product in an amount of 5-45 eq% based on a total amount of all of free and blocked NCO groups; and then blocking at least 95 mol% of remaining free NCO groups with a blocking agent of the formula: R<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>NH (R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each a 1-12C aliphatic or alicyclic alkyl).
