PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic examination system used on line and off line when required, and capable of executing an analysis surely without being affected by a trouble of a host computer or the like after preparation is finished in an automatic blood collecting tube preparing system, and provide the automatic blood collecting tube preparing system usable in the automatic examination system, and an automatic analyzer. SOLUTION: This automatic blood collecting tube preparing system has order information from a medical doctor including information about patient attribute information and analytical items, blood collection information determined on the basis of the order information and a specimen ID, takes out a blood collecting tube required for blood collection for a patient from a plurality of blood collecting tube storage parts on the basis of the blood collection information, writes at least the specimen ID and information about the analytical items in a radio tag of a label with the radio tag, bonds the label with the radio tag after written onto the taken-out blood tube, and stores the blood tube after the label is bonded, the patient by the patient, in a storage part of a tray or the like, on the basis of the order information.
