摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of realizing the improvement in general image quality by appropriately suppressing image quality deterioration such factors as a motion blur, and stroboscopic and flicker phenomena. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device which is provided with a display period and non-display period for an image signal to be displayed within a single frame period is equipped with: a means for displaying a menu setting screen for setting various video adjustment items; and a means for variably controlling the proportion of the image signal display period within the single frame period on the basis of the setting instruction information relating to the video adjustment items by a user.
