PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporative fuel supply device of an internal combustion engine, improving startability of an internal combustion engine in the cold time and restraining the generation of HC due to combustion. SOLUTION: This evaporative fuel supply device includes:a fuel tank 2 storing fuel; a porous body 5 provided in the fuel tank 2 and disposed in a space part 3a of an air chamber 3 sucking liquid fuel R supplied from the fuel tank and stored in the fuel tank 2; and a communicating port 4 for returning the liquid fuel R' supplied into the space part 3a of the air chamber 3 to the liquid fuel R stored in the fuel tank 2. The liquid fuel R' not sucked in the porous body 5 is returned to the liquid fuel R in the fuel tank 2. Thus, the starting performance of the internal combustion engine in the cold time can be improved and the generation of HC due to combustion can be restrained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
