PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold-making molding method using a water-saturated plaster mold or an unglazed mold, which enables even a person except an expert to mold an article with a higher degree of accuracy than a conventional mold-making molding method while hardly performing later adjustment, because any number of articles can be continuously molded by using the same mold and mold release characteristics are excellent. SOLUTION: This molding method is one using the water-saturated plaster mold, opposite of conventional mold-making molding and sludge casting, using a dry mold. In the molding method, the plaster mold is brought into a water-saturated state; a body, whose moisture content is lower than that of the mold, is molded by being pressed against the mold; the mold release characteristics are excellent; continuous molding can be performed; and the life of the mold can be improved so as to long enough to mold 1,000 articles or more. Plaster, biscuit, a silicon rubber or a synthetic resin such as a methacrylate polyvalent metal salt is used as a porous material for use in mold making. The mold absorbs water up to a water-saturated state wherein the moisture content reaches about 25-31%, desirably, 29% or more, and the body with a moisture content of about 24% is molded by being pressed against the mold.
