PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid type multilayered sheet having a high crystallization speed, increased in folding endurance and excellent in transparency, and a molded product excellent in heat resistance comprising the same. SOLUTION: This polylactic acid type multilayered sheet has a layer I, which comprises a lactic acid type polyester composition containing a lactic acid component (I) and a polyester component (II) in a weight ratio of 10:90-90:10 or the lactic acid type polyester composition and polylactic acid, and a layer (II) comprising a polylactic acid composition containing 0.1-5 wt.% of at least one kind of a transparent nucleating agent selected from the compound group consisting of an aliphatic carboxylic acid amide, an aliphatic carboxylate, an aliphatic alcohol and an aliphatic carboxylic ester.
