PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel that is portable and operable and has cleaning and massaging effects on local sites of the face. SOLUTION: The vessel with an applicator has a rod vessel body 1 that extrudes a liniment K stored and a pad 10 assembled into the vessel body 1, on which an extraction hole 15 communicating with the interior of the vessel body 1 is punched. The pad 10 has a plurality of protrusions 14 on the top face of the application base portion 13 thereof, electrostatic hair transplantation is provided at least from the top face of the application base portion 13 to the protrusions 14. The liniment K extruded can be applied while held by the pad 10 and by performing cleaning and massaging with the liniment K contained in the pad 10, the vessel can remove a residual makeup rising up to the surface, stains in skin pores or fat masses blocking the skin pores or infiltrate a lotion.
