The device includes a rectangular container the size of a rubbish bag. The container has wheels and acts as a base. The front side is open in the middle, to allow the filled sacks to be removed. The base container has a cap which is open at the front. A suction socket at the middle of the back wall is connected to an industrial vacuum cleaner.
