Finely disperse cosmetic or dermatological formulation containing 8-hexadecen-1,16-dicarboxylic acid (I), which has at least one lipophilic and one hydrophilic phase, contains less than 3 wt.% emulsifier, no PEG (polyethylene glycol)-cetearyl ether and less than 10 wt.% lipophilic phase.
