<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem of a conventional network service system: when performing advertisement intermediation activity overseas by use of the conventional network service system, an inter-cultural translation function including language is not absent, so that minute information exchange cannot be performed. <P>SOLUTION: In this network service system, an inter-cultural conversion function including the language is provided between a domestic information provider group and an overseas information user group via a network in the network, and both of an information provider side and an information user side use the function in common to realize convenience of both the sides.
