PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment, which it is easy to do the removal work of outliers, such as secondary battery and electronic component at the disposing of the equipment, without impairing its appearance it. SOLUTION: A battery container 14 fitted inside a case 102 is structured so as to contain a rectangular plate-like battery 138 in freely detachable manner, through a first rectangular opening 15 opened to the underside of the case. A second opening 20 is provided at one of the sidewalls 1808 in the vicinity of the first opening 15, and a component-housing space 24 communicating with the second opening 20 is provided inside the case 102.
