PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable nonaqueous electrolyte solution secondary battery in a structure with different kinds of separators at an inner periphery side and an outside sandwiching a cathode plate, with heat radiation restrained inside the battery at short circuit due to contact between electrode plates caused by heating or the like. SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery equipped with an electrode plate group laminating and winding around the cathode plate 5 and an anode plate 6 together with a separator 8 fitted between the plates, the cathode plate and the anode plate as well as two sheets of separators with different specifications to separate the both positive and negative electrode plates are alternately laminated and wound around in a spiral shape.
