PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide remote control capable of complying with a plurality of electric power control power sources and to provide a network management system with a simple configuration at a low cost. SOLUTION: An electric power control power source ES constructed of a control circuit 4, a sensing means, and a power source main circuit 1 including a semiconductor control element is provided with a set voltage data transmission means 6, a data receipt control means 11, and a reference voltage generation means 12. The set voltage data are operated to be corrected and inputted by a display/input means on the SNMP manager side and transmitted/received via a communication line 30, and a control signal is generated by the reference voltage generation means. In this way, a remote control means controlling output characteristics of the electric power control power source ES is constructed. Separately from this signal system, the electric power control power source ES having an SNMP agent module and the sensing means is connected to the SNMP manager side via the communication line 30 in the remote monitoring network management system.
