LONG MOLDING MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long molding made of synthetic resin having small thermal expansion in the length direction. SOLUTION: This long molding T1 made of synthetic resin has a drawn resin layer 5 uniaxially drawn in the length direction of the molding, embedded and integrated over the whole length of the molding T1 inside the molding T1 such as a long rain gutter formed of thermoplastic synthetic resin. Thermal expansion restraining action is exhibited by the embedded drawn resin layer 5 to provide the long molding with small thermal expansion in the length direction. The drawn resin layer biaxially drawn in the length direction of the molding and in a right-angled direction to the length direction may be embedded and integrated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
