PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axis center moving shutter capable of detecting movement exceeding the normal range of brackets for holding a shaft. SOLUTION: This axis center moving shutter 100 with the brackets 15, 16 moved following the rotation of the shaft 23 is provided with a frame body 9 mounted to one side of an opening 3; the brackets 15, 16 provided at the frame body 9 movably in a perpendicular direction to the opening 3; the shaft 23 rotatably supported to the brackets 15, 16 to extend along the upper edge of the opening 3 and fixedly provided with winding plates 29 at both ends; and an opening/closing body 5 with both side edges wound onto the winding plates 29 or rewound to open/close the opening 3. In this case, a detecting means 69 for detecting overrun exceeding the predetermined moving range of the brackets 15, 16 corresponding to the normal winding completion of the opening/closing body 5 is provided extending between the brackets 15, 16 and the frame body 9.
