PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having high weatherability enabling even exterior use such as an entrance door, a window frame or the like, excellent in the heat-resistant adhesiveness or humidity-resistant adhesiveness between a plurality of thermoplastic resin layers and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet obtained by laminating at least two thermoplastic resin layers 2 and 5 through an adhesive layer 4, the adhesive layer 4 is based on a two-pack type curable polyurethane resin having a polycarbonate skeleton.
