PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder treatment apparatus constituted so that a material to be treated is supplied to and discharged from a treatment container while cut off from the atmosphere by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A supply means P is equipped with a sealing container 33 capable of sealing the material to be treated, the treated material, a treatment medium or gas or a combination of them, a slide valve 34 for allowing a perforated plate-shaped member to slide to cut off piping or to permit the communication with the piping, piping 35 for permitting the material to be treated, the treated material, the treatment medium, an inert gas or the like to pass, a quick coupling 36 for connecting one end of the piping of the slide valve 34 and one end of the piping 35 and a frame 38 for slightly protruding one end of the piping 35 to connect the same to be connected to the piping 35. By combining the respective regions as shown by the dotted line arrows in Figs (b) and (d), the supply means P housing the material 52 to be treated and the treatment medium 51 in a hermetically closed state is connected to the through-hole 18e or insertion hole 18f provided to the bottom part of an inner peripheral container 9b.
