PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component composition to be cast and thermoset for forming a polyurethane elastomer, comprising a main agent and a curing agent, which gives a molded article reduced in friction coefficient, having no contamination due to bleeding and the like, and causes no white turbidity of the composition liquid and the molded article, and the two-component cast and thermoset polyurethane elastomer molded article obtained by using the elastomer-forming composition. SOLUTION: As one of the components comprising the two-component composition to be cast and thermoset for forming the polyurethane elastomer, an octadecyl isocyanate is introduced at a specified ratio to solve the problems above-mentioned.
