PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat capable of preventing a passenger from slipping up obliquely backward along a backrest of an inclined seat at a time of receiving impact from the back. SOLUTION: This seat 10 has a back frame 30 which is a frame of a backrest 12 and is connected by a flexible reinforcing member 33 at lower parts thereof. The seat 10 includes a right side and a left side reclining mechanism 50, 60 for adjusting inclination of the backrest 12 in relation to a seat 11. The reclining mechanisms 50, 60 include locking mechanisms 53, 54 fixing inclination of the back frame 30 respectively. Release of the lock is performed by operating an operation lever 73 via a wire 70 connecting the right side and the left side reclining mechanisms 50, 60. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
