PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger which is not inclined to the side of a heavier load even without hanging a garment or the like equally with respect to the right and left in the case of engaging the hanger at a cloth-drying bar or a horizontal pipe arranged in a wardrobe etc., and where a scarf, a handkerchief, socks, stockings, accessories, and other small personal articles are neatly arranged. SOLUTION: The small article hanger consists of: an attachable and detachable clip engaged in the middle of the horizontal pipe; and a hanger frame suspended at its lower part. The attachable and detachable clip is engaged held so as to put the horizontal pipe there between, and the contacting surface of the surface of the pipe and the clip is designated to be large.
