<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel display semiconductor circuit which can suppress the increase of the circuit scale and is easy to control, and which can reduce the EMI and the power supply noise. <P>SOLUTION: The image data, held in the latch circuit 102, are inputted directly to the drive data input DATA_IN3n-2 of a panel drive output OUT3n_2 without going via the delay element, but is inputted to the drive data input DATA_IN3n-1 of a panel drive output OUT3n-1 via the delay element (1) 107, and to the drive data DATA_IN3n of a panel drive output OUT3n via the delay element (2) 108.
