<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the rapid temperature rise of a filter right after regenerating the filter. <P>SOLUTION: This filter regenerating control device comprises the filter 11 provided in an exhaust system 32 for a diesel engine 20 for trapping particulates in exhaust gas, a trapped amount estimating means 16 for estimating the trapped amount of the particulates, a target temperature setting means 16 for setting the target temperature of the filter 11, when regenerated, to gradually rise depending on the trapped amount of the particulates, means 14, 15 for detecting the temperature of the filter 11, and a regenerating means 10 for regenerating the filter 11 with its temperature elevated to the target temperature when a regenerating timing for the filter 11 is matured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
