<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycle system permitting an efficient utilization of wastes. <P>SOLUTION: A collected waste liquid and/or material is subjected to steam distillation 1 to regenerate a solvent 2, the solid residue 4 obtained by the distillation 1 is sintered in a super-high-temperature melting-reducing-gasifying blast furnace 5 to regenerate metals 6 and slug 7, and the waste heat 8 of the furnace 5 is used as a heat source. Since steam-distilled, the waste liquid and material can be treated together to regenerate solvents. Since the solid residue of the distillation is sintered in the furnace to recover metals and slug and the waste heat of the furnace is used as a heat source, the system permits a regeneration of solvents, metals and slug from wastes and utilization of the waste heat as a heat source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
