PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling jacket structure which has a cooling efficiency higher than that of the conventional cooling jacket and can reduce the flowing route resistance of a coolant, and shows highly efficient and uniform cooling operation with the structure to particularly obtain the heat exchange efficiency matched with thermal distribution of an electronic component. SOLUTION: The cooling jacket structure 100 includes an inlet port 111 for introducing the coolant, an exit port 112 for discharging the coolant, and a coolant path formed between the inlet port and the exit port.
