PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize exclusive control for preventing inconvenience from being generated in a processing result, even with respect to an image commonly associated with a plurality of files in the file access control of an image forming device. SOLUTION: This file access control structure of an image forming device is configured of a file class, to generate a use right instance according to a use right request message from an application as the template of a file instance, an image class for generating the use right instance, according to the usage right request message from the application as the template of an image instance and a use right class as the template of the usage right instance.
