PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily share information at low cost by managing information of care plans, actual results, etc., of respective care managers, helpers, etc., not in a batch but dispersedly. SOLUTION: An information management server 10 has: a database 1 which stores information shared with other information management servers 20 to 50 interconnected through a telecommunication line; a synchronization list storage means 2 of storing a list of the other information management servers 20 to 50 synchronizing the shared information stored in the database 1; a synchronizing means 4 of synchronizing the shared information stored in the database 1 with all of the other information management servers 20 to 50 stored in the synchronization list storage means 2 one after another; and an information processing means 3 of recording the shared information in the database 1 and retrieving and providing the shared information from the database 1 at requests from PCs 11 to 13 connected through the teleelectrical communication line.
