PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and an image forming method, wherein film drawing operability is improved in an imager implementing small size processing and large size processing. SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus 1, a discharge device in which imaged films are accumulated is disposed above an imaging device and a film loading device.
