PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the stopping time of operation of a compressor after performing a control cooling at high efficiency. SOLUTION: A target cooling characteristic (straight line xc) in a control cooling area is stored as data in a storage part 49. A temperature descending degree Ac that is a target is constant, but it is small, compared with a target temperature descending degree of pull-down cooling characteristic xp. During operation of the inverter compressor 32 in control cooling, an actual temperature descending degree Sc is calculated based on a detected internal temperature for every predetermined sampling time, and compared with a target value Ac. The inverter compressor 32 is increased in speed when the calculated value Sc is the target value Ac or less, and reduced in speed in the reverse case to perform the cooling along the straight line xc. Accordingly, such a gentle cooling by the reduced-speed operation of the inverter compressor 32 leads to energy-saving and, further, the stopping time of operation of the compressor 32 can be also surely ensured.
