PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to reduce height of a ceiling wherein pulleys are to be installed, and to reduce installation cost by restricting stroke loss due to elevation of the pulleys within a space for one pulley and lifting a cargo to the same position with a driving pulley positioned closest to the ceiling to increase an effective stroke. SOLUTION: Stroke loss due to elevation of the pulleys is restricted to a space for one pulley by providing pulleys in parallel with each other. A sun gear 3 and a planetary gear 4 of endless pulleys are engaged with each other, and the planetary gear 4 is engaged with an internal gear 5 for revolution. When driving a driving pulley A1 for rotation, each of the sun gear 3 and the planetary gear 4 are driven, and furthermore, effective stroke for endlessly rotating the driving gear B2 to lift the cargo is increased, and height of the ceiling wherein the pulley is installed can be set low, and installation cost can be thereby reduced.
