PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curing composition suitable as sealing materials excellent in durability and weatherability, attaching little dust by surface tackiness, having good preservation stability and satisfying these functions in high levels. SOLUTION: The curing composition contains a modified conjugated diene-based polymer, polymerized in a hydrocarbon-based solvent with a dilithium initiator, having hydroxy groups bonded to silicon atoms or hydrolyzable groups in the main chain and/or the side chain of the polymer, and at least one hydrolyzable silyl group which brings the polymer to crosslink through formation of siloxane bonds by hydrolysis.
