SOLUTION: The polymer provided comprises structural units represented by formula (I) (wherein A<SP>1</SP>is a tetravalent atomic group; L<SP>1</SP>and L<SP>2</SP>are each a divalent 1 to 25C bonding group; R<SP>1</SP>is an alkyl group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group; m1 is an integer of 1 to 3; m2 and m3 are each an integer of 1 or 0; * indicates the position of bonding to the silicon atom; and ** indicates the position of bonding to an organic polymer chain).
