PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee-shaping machine in which a travel machine frame travels along an old levee and the soil transfer member and the rotary levee-shaping member of a levee-shaping mechanism are rotated so that the soil transfer member transfers soil in a field to the side of a levee with a spiral blade to sequentially forcibly press the rotated and transferred soil to the levee and the rotated levee-shaping member compresses and shapes the levee, whereby the strong levee can be restored and reconstructed by the pressing of the soil to the levee with the soil transfer member and the pressing of the levee with the rotary levee-shaping member. SOLUTION: This levee-shaping machine is characterized by comprising the travel machine frame 1 capable of traveling on a field M, and a pair of right and left levee-shaping mechanisms 4 which are arranged on both the sides of the travel machine frame and each comprises the soil transfer member 5 having the spiral blade 5a capable of rotating and transferring the soil in the field to the side of the levee W and the rotary levee-shaping member 6 capable of shaping the side of the levee.
