PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging and applicator apparatus which can apportion a substance to a large area, especially, extending to the thorax and the leg section. SOLUTION: This packaging and applicating apparatus has a first space which houses the feeding source of the substance, an applicator member which is suitable for filling the substance, a first wall which extends between the first space and the applicator member, at least a first chimney which is connected with the first wall, a second space in the first chimney, at least one orifice which communicates with the first and second spaces by penetrating the first wall, and a third space which can feed the substance and is at least partially separated from the second space at least by the first chimney. The first wall is equipped with at least one opening by which the substance can be circulated between the first space and the third space.
