The water tap has a water outlet which is positioned for providing a water stream which is directed upwards, so that the water cascades in an arc in the direction of the user, the flow quantity limited by a throttle screw (1) at the side of the water tap, provided with a security screw (2) which can only be released by use of a special tool.
