<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image record device capable of changing so as to carrying out no stapling after printing when stapling is not required even if ON of staple modes is selected. <P>SOLUTION: The image record device is provided with a means for selecting ON of the staple mode; a means for reading an image of a manuscript to be copied; a means for memorizing the read image data; a means for printing the memorized image data on a paper; a means for displaying a message for asking whether or not stapling is carried out when the number of printed sheets at completion of printing is one sheet; and a means for discharging the printed paper to a tray without stapling when reply of purport that stapling is not carried out is selected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
