<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with the use of a member superior in abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance for fluid machinery. <P>SOLUTION: This device uses a member superior in abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance made of a Ni-Cr-Mo-V-C alloy comprising Ni, and by wt.% with respect to the total weight, 23-50% Cr, 7-20% V, 1.6% or more but (0.236V%+2)% or less C, Mo in an amount of at most 40% but not less than either (11-0.1xCr%)% or (125-4xC%)% whichever is greater, and further 90% or less Cr, V and Mo in total. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
